We recognize that this was unreasonable, so we will no longer deduct credits for the above situations.
You can click the profile icon on the bottom left corner → "Preferences" → "Upgrade" → "Transaction History" → "Expenses" to check your credits consumption logs.
For users who have been historically charged for these issues, we will refund the incorrect charges to your account balance before 2023/12/08 (UTC).
